Kasaragod Ullas Kamath

Kasaragod Ullas Kamath is an Independent Director and the Chairperson of AceVector.

He is also the Founder and Chairman of M/s. UK & Co., Advisors: Family Business, and has served as Chairperson of the FICCI Karnataka State Council. He also sits on the board of AceVector's subsidiary Unicommerce. Previously, Ullas served as the Joint Managing Director of Jyothy Labs.

Ullas has been recognized with the 'CA Business Achiever' award in the SME category for the year 2008) by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and the 'CNBC Awaaz Best CEO' award for the year 2018 by CNBC.  

He holds a bachelor's degree in law from the University of Mysore and a master's degree in commerce from the Kakatiya University. He also holds a Master’s degree of science in Management from the London School of Economics and Political Science, and has completed Advanced Management Programs at both the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and Harvard Business School.

He is a certified fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
